Returns/Exchanges may be done within 7 days WITH original receipt. Items must be in original/unopened packaging. Scrubs must be new with tags attached. We will not accept returns on scrubs if the tags have been removed-NO EXCEPTIONS. Nursing shoes may be returned within 24 hours if not worn. NO RETURNS ON Braces, Walking Boots, Compression Garments, Wound Care, Bathroom Items, and other Single Patient Use Items. NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, KNEE SCOOTERS, BATTERIES, CHARGERS SCOOTERS, HOSPITAL BEDS OR LIFT CHAIRS. We reserve the right to refuse any return REGARDLESS OF THE RETURN POLICY.
